All-Star Events to be Broadcast Live on Eleven Sports

Home Run Derby, All-Star Game also Available Streaming Online

Rockland County, NY (July 8, 2019) – This Wednesday, July 9thhe Rockland Boulders host the first-ever All-Star Game between the Can-Am League and the Frontier League this week at Palisades Credit Union Park. Tuesday’s Home Run Derby, presented by MVP Healthcare, and Wednesday’s All-Star Game, sponsored by Good Samaritan Hospital and Rockland County Tourism, will be broadcast live nationally on Eleven Sports, and are available for streaming online at

Eleven Sports is available on DirecTV (channel 623 – HD), and Verizon FiOS (channel 597 – HD), as well as local cable carriers including Mediacom (679 in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 879 in Quad Cities); Google Fiber (251), Hawaiian Telecom (1091, SD 91), RCN (571, SD 393), Atlantic Broadband (501), enTouch (472) and AT&T U-verse (1665).

Festivities start with Tuesday’s Home Run Derby, with airtime at 7:30 pm. The Frontier team will be represented by Ryan Long (Evansville Otters), Carlos Castro (Evansville), Braxton Martinez (River City Rascals), and Hector Roa (Washington Wild Things), while the Can-Am squad will feature Alfredo Marte (New Jersey Jackals), Audy Ciriaco (Sussex County Miners), Taylor Brennan (Trois-Rivieres Aigles), and Grant Heyman (Rockland Boulders).

In addition, a Legends Team will join the competition, featuring former New York Met Mookie Wilson, former New York Yankee Jesse Barfield, and former Yankee and current part-owner of the Rockland Boulders, John Flaherty.

Wednesday’s All-Star Game will then take center-stage, with airtime set for 7:00 pm. This year’s contest will be the first ever hosted by the Boulders and the first-ever professional All-Star Game to be held in Rockland County.
